If you order all your heros at once, you also move your hench.

So it's either everything, or individual heros.


For your example you have to flag everyone to the left side, and then use the individual flags to put your heros to the right side.

Nope, you have to move each hero individually if you want them to ignore the flag that controls all your NPCs.

You flag everyone to one location, but then you have to individually flag the heros to another. THen the henches stay at the original, and heros at the other.

I recommend hotkeying (accessable by the F-11 key) your hero move flags and henchie move flags. It makes life easier.

I have mine set to f-5 through f-8.
